Puppy WILL NOT be reserved/held w/o a deposit

Puppy Prices:

$2500/$3500.00 ~ AKC Limited Registration (pet)

$4000/$4500.00 ~ AKC Full Registration (Breeding/Show)

**$200.00 ~ $250.00 Discount given to:

**Balance paid in Full by the time pup is 5 weeks old or before

**Payment made to equal 1/2 of the purchase price

needs to be paid when pup is 7 weeks old.

**Payments are to be made every *Four* (4) weeks for up to *Eight* (8) months**

**Health/Hip Guarantees and AKC papers are Held until pup is paid in full~

Prices are Not Negotiable. I put a lot of time and money into raising my pups to help give them a great start before they go to their new homes.**

Pups are Sold on an AKC Limited Basis

Pups leave for their new homes around 8- 10 weeks.

Pups are raised with a modified version of some of the Puppy Culture ways. Please understand that I do not allow folks to meet pups until they are 5-6 weeks old.

This is for the safety and well being of the puppies.

They will be introduced to the everyday sights and sounds inside and outside with more things added like obstacles and meet the cats, big and small dogs of the household and see the horse through the fence.

They will be introduced to clicker training, and being up on a grooming table and being groomed..

I will set appointments in order of Deposits received for folks to meet the pups and I will help match the pup to the right family.

I will post pics weekly or more often on FB and Tag the new owners and as time permits send individual pics and updates weekly to each new owner

I will e mail a lot of information ahead as far as what food they are on, Joint supplements, Clicker training info, Exercise info etc. so you will be ready when it comes time to bring your new friend home!

I usually only raise One Litter at a time~

Never raise more the Two at a time.

I always want to have the time to spend with each litter and give them the care they need.

Its very rare that I have any pups available by the time they are ready to go.

Once pups are born I contact folks on the Deposit holders lists and will post any available pups.

I never have "older" pups available unless I decide to hold one or two back for training and to grow a bit to see if Im going to keep it.

My Adult dogs stay here for life~ They are Family~

Deposit Information

Deposits are Non Refundable If:

1. You Back out.

Seller has the right to keep all monies from a deposit

A deposit is a promise to pay and follow through with sale~

2. The deposit Can be moved to another litter within 2 years.

3. Any monies refunded are at the sole discretion of the Seller

A Deposit IS Refundable if:

1. My Vet or I feel puppy is unfit for sale ,or I feel this is not a good match

2. I cannot provide a puppy due to not enough in the litter ,sex, color requested.

*Deposit will be automatically moved to the next litter

I will offer another pup of a different sex/color etc if one is available

3. The Breeding did not "Take" and no litter is produced.

*Deposit will be automatically moved to the next litter

4. Seller has up to at least 2 years to provide buyer with a puppy or refund. Any monies refunded are at the sole discretion of the Seller.
